This is a contractual event agreement (the “Agreement”) between the Client and DJ Celo Entertainment. For good and valuable consideration, Client and DJ Celo Entertainment, intending to be legally bound, hereby agree to the following:

1. Client retains DJ Celo Entertainment to provide disc jockey, emcee, and music services (“Services”)

for the date, times, and provisions listed on the Client Checklist and incorporated herein.

2. Client agrees to pay DJ Celo Entertainment a 50% non-refundable deposit which is to accompany this

agreement. The remaining balance is due at least two weeks prior to event date (or as previously

arranged).

3. Client hereby agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DJ Celo Entertainment, its agents, staff,

DJs, and/or employees from and against any and all loss, damage, liability or expense, including

attorney’s fees, but not limited to all claims for damages on account of or by reason of bodily

injury, including death, which may be sustained or claimed to be sustained by any services.

4. Client acknowledges responsibility for any physical damage occurring to property owned, leased,

and/or otherwise used by DJ. Client agrees to pay for any damages to property caused by or

arising out of or claimed to have been caused by or to have arisen out of the Services provided by

DJs Entertainment.

5. DJs Entertainment shall provide a trained, experienced, capable individual to serve as master of

ceremonies, operate equipment, play music, and provide other entertainment services for the

Event.

6. Services shall include, without limitation, the provision of all labor, personnel, materials,

equipment (including sound and lighting), transportation, recorded music, and intellectual property

licenses.

7. Services shall include those described in any DJs Entertainment marketing or proposal attached

hereto, accepting any qualifications or conditions contained therein.

8. Services shall be provided in a high quality, professional manner and shall be consistent with the

DJs Entertainment Addendum attached hereto. The individuals signing this Agreement certify that

they have legal binding authority and agree with all provisions within this contract.
